VetBadger can automatically send your scheduled appointments directly to your personal or work Google Calendar so you can view your schedule on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Important Things to Know
- One-Way Sync: VetBadger sends appointments to Google Calendar. Events created in Google Calendar will not transfer back into VetBadger.
- Provider-Specific: You will only see appointments on your Google Calendar where you are selected as the Lead Provider.
- Upcoming Appointments Only: When you connect, VetBadger syncs your current and future scheduled appointments. Past or cancelled appointments will not be added.
How to Connect Your Google Calendar

- If you have multiple Google Calendars, a window will pop up in VetBadger asking you to select which calendar you'd like to use. Choose your preferred calendar and click Select.

Why Aren't My Appointments Showing Up on Google Calendar?
If you connected your calendar but don't see your appointments, check the following steps:
1. Check the Lead Provider on the Appointment
Open the appointment in VetBadger and make sure your name is selected as the Lead Provider. Appointments assigned to other staff members—or left without a lead provider—will not sync to your calendar.
2. Make Sure the Calendar is Turned On in Google
- On a Computer: Open Google Calendar. Look at the left sidebar under My calendars and make sure the box next to your calendar is checked.
- On a Mobile Device: Open the Google Calendar app, tap the menu icon (three lines), tap Settings, select your email account, and ensure Sync is turned on.
3. Try Re-connecting Your Calendar
- Go to your Profile in VetBadger.
- Click Disconnect your Google Calendar.
- Click Connect Google Calendar and re-authorize your account. This will trigger VetBadger to resend your upcoming appointments to Google.
