Your signature needs to be saved to your user profile before it will appear on printed certificates. To set it up:


  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the app, or go to Settings → My Profile.
  2. Scroll to the Signature section and click the button to capture your signature.
  3. Draw your signature and save it.


Once saved, your signature will automatically print on Rabies/Vaccination Certificates and prescriptions — no hand-signing required.


Note: The certificate uses the signature of the provider associated with the vaccine item in the encounter. Make sure the vaccine is recorded under your name as the provider if you expect your signature to appear.
