For "scheduling reminders" you can go to:
"Calendar Management" ==> "Appointment Types"
and click on the name of the appointment type, then in the detail window you can scroll down to find "Scheduling Frequency":
As long as that value is set, when any patient is checked-in for an appointment of that type, VetBadger will create a "scheduling reminder" task for that patient and that appointment type at the appropriate time. So if a patient comes in today for an "Annual Wellness Exam" where the scheduling frequency is set to "One year", the system will create a reminder task one year from now to schedule another exam.
