For "scheduling reminders" you can go to:
"Calendar Management" ==> "Appointment Types"
and click on the name of the appointment type, then in the detail window you can scroll down to find "Scheduling Frequency":
As long as that value is set, VetBadger will create reminders for those appointments at the appropriate time.
