To manage the templates for Client Communications you can open the Message Template manager. This is available by selecting "Communications Management" in the system gear menu in the upper right hand corner of VetBadger.
Once there you click on the "Message Templates" tab.
Here you can see the various communications messages. Selecting the edit icon for any one will open the editor for that message.
