To turn off the login for an associate, you first go to the Practice Manager dashboard by selecting that option from the system (gear) menu:
Next you select the "Team Management" tab.
Then open the Associates/Employees section
From here you will see the associates in your clinic and the Active column for them. To deactivate an associate, uncheck the "Active" checkbox for that associate.
