If VetBadger fails to refresh the link to QuickBooks, you will need to reconnect to QuickBooks. 


To reconnect to QuickBooks, have a person with QuickBooks permissions do the following:

Disconnect VetBadger from Quickbooks.
  Go to the clinic settings page from the gear menu in the upper right hand corner of VetBadger.


From Here scroll down and select the Integrations section:


Now scroll down to the QuickBooks Connection Panel and open it to see:


Now click the Disconnect QuickBooks button. This will open the disconnect dialog:




You click the Disconnect button to perform the disconnection.

Once disconnected it will look like:

Now you click the "Connect to QuickBooks" button which will open the QuickBooks connection window:




Fill in your credentials and log in and you will see something like the following:



Click on connect and QuickBooks will then grant a new connection for your clinic.

Once that is done your clinic is now reconnected to QuickBooks.
