To start with your auto responder settings will look something like:
Two important things that should be pointed out: First the auto responder is enabled by the enabled checkbox. If this is not checked it will not use the schedule you build to respond. So if in the future you wanted to, you can turn this feature off with this checkbox. The second item is the "Active All Hours" if you select this, your autoresponder will always trigger. You can use this for the holidays to override your normal schedule.
To configure your schedule you should add day and hour blocks where you would like the auto responder to do the auto response.
To start this, we will click add day to start our configuration.
Once you add the day you will want to add a block. It is very important to note that this block is the time you want the auto responder to work.
Above we have added a block for Mondays where that block starts at 12:00AM and Goes to 8:00AM.
Next we added another block for this day that goes from 5:00PM until midnight. This will cover the rest of the day when the clinic is closed on Monday.
Just repeat this process for the rest of the days (and blocks in the days) where you want VetBadger to automatically respond to SMS messages with your provided message!
