To add Vaccination information that will generate future reminders you first go to the patients chart (history). From here you open the context menu in the upper right side of the screen:
After selecting enter note you will see the medical note dialog. Here you will change the type to Vaccination History.
Once you select the type you can add one or several vaccination history items. These require a due date which is how VetBadger will build the reminders. You can also optionally add the administered date if you choose. You must also enter a summary as well as a note and then you can create the note which will also create the reminder(s) set for the future date you entered.
