Did you read an email and then can't find it? 


VetBadger might have had trouble figuring out who to assign it to. To see all the emails that need to be assigned either a Client or a Patient, Go to the home screen and in the Message Center and select "Unassigned Messages"



Once that is selected, you will see all the emails that need to be assigned either a Client or a Patient (or both).



Just click the assign button and this will pop up message details where you can assign the message appropriately.



Once you assign and save, the message will now be in the correct chart!
