If a reminder appears on a patient in error (for example an incorrect FeLV reminder), you can remove it by updating the reminder entry on that patient's history.

  1. Open the patient record and go to the patient history/reminder area.
  2. Locate the incorrect reminder entry and open it.
  3. Update the reminder as needed:
    • If the service was completed, set the correct completion/administered details and save.
    • If the reminder should not be active, disable or remove that reminder entry.
  4. Save changes and refresh the patient dashboard to confirm the reminder is gone.
